Inclusive Care Support is a well-established social care provider offering services to children, young adults and adults.
Some of our customers have enhanced needs such as Autisms, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health issues and challenging behaviour.
We provide a person-centred, tailor-made, individualized service which is developed with and around our customers and their families.
We provide various services, with an emphasis on recognising the unique needs of our customers and supporting them to achieve the outcomes they value most. We have particular expertise in working with people with challenging behaviour, including those involved in criminality and offending behaviour.
The company was founded in 2009, building on the experience of our management team in successful running a Care Leavers’ service on behalf of Festival Care. Since then, the organisation has grown steadily from a core team of six, to a team of 70.
We aim to offer skilled is to enable customers to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being, to be able to turn challenging situations into positive ones, to become as independent as possible and be part of the community.
In order to achieve our aims and objectives, we provide a person-centred, tailor-made, individualized service which is developed with and around our customers and their families. We recognise the individual need for personal fulfillment and aim to offer person-centered individualised
programmes of meaningful activities to satisfy the needs of customers and staff.
ICS aims to adopt industry best practice in our business activities and we use our affiliations with professional bodies to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest thinking.
We want to support our customers to transform their lives and turn challenging situations into positive ones, to become as independent as possible and be part of the community.
